- Calling 0330 058 5510. Our lines are open Monday to Friday 8am until 8pm, and Saturday to Sunday 10am until 4pm.
About the Financial Ombudsman Service
We are covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). If you have been through the process above and still feel your complaint has not been resolved in a satisfactory way, then you have the option of contacting the FOS.
